A. 30-Day Return Window

Have all original tags attached

Be in the original packaging

Items showing signs of wear, damage, or modifications cannot be returned.

 with your order number and a brief reason for the return.

Once approved, we will provide:

A prepaid return shipping label

Instructions on how to safely package and send the item

Important: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted. This ensures your return is processed efficiently.

C. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

D. Exchanges

Exchanges for change-of-mind requests are not available. To request an exchange, email support@ridevolution.com
 with your order number and a brief explanation. Approved requests will include instructions to return the original item and receive the replacement.

E. Restocking Fees
There are no restocking fees for eligible returns.

F. Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, you will be notified by email regarding your refund status.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Items that do not meet return eligibility (e.g., worn, damaged, or missing tags) will not be refunded and may be returned to you at your expense.

The maximum estimated refund processing time is 7 business days after approval.

G. Discounts and Promotions
Discount codes and promotions must be applied at checkout. Refunds are not issued for unused, missed, or forgotten discounts. Please ensure all promotions are applied correctly before completing your purchase.
